  7. Included is the BACKLASH saved game editor - BLEDIT.EXE.  The BLEDIT program
  8. allows changing saved games for BACKLASH - A Turret Gunner Simulation, by
  9. )|( Sanctuary Software Studio, Inc.

  12. ABOUT BACKLASH
  13. ===== ========

  15. BACKLASH is a 3D action game for DOS.  Protect the mothership from an
  16. onslaught of enemy spacecraft, mines, asteroids and drones over a series
  17. of missions.  The rewards from successful missions can be used to upgrade
  18. the defense systems and purchase more powerful weapons.

  24. Place the BLEDIT.EXE program in the BACKLASH installation directory.  Run
  25. BLEDIT.EXE.  Select the save game slot ( from 1 to 10 ) to change.  Any
  26. information currently in this slot will be lost.  Select the desired
  27. operation and mission.  NOTE: Only OPERATION BACKLASH is available in the
  28. SHAREWARE release.  Enter the number of credits to be provided in the game.
  29. Press escape to exit.

  31. The description of the saved game is changed to represent the campaign and
  32. mission selected for the save game.  The saved game description is in the
  33. following format:

  35.    BLEDIT Cx Myy     x = campaign ( 0,1,2 ) yy = mission ( 0-14 )
